Submission Guidelines

The author should first register as Author and/or as a Reviewer through the provided link below:

The author should complete the form as thoroughly as possible. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. After filling in all required text boxes, the author should click the “Register” button to proceed with the registration.

Once registered, the author may navigate to their user dashboard located at the top right corner of the screen. By clicking on their username, they will be directed to the online author submission interface. The author should then select “Start New Submission” under “My Submissions.” Upon clicking “Start New Submission,” a form will appear, initiating Step One of the Six-step submission process. Remember: all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.

The Six Steps of the Online Submission Process
Step 1 – Provide Submission Details
Enter the submission details, including the title, keywords, and abstract, then click Continue.

Step 2 – Uploading the Submission
To upload your manuscript, click Upload File, which allows you to browse and select the file you wish to upload. After selecting the file, click Open. The system will then ask you to indicate the type of file uploaded (e.g., Article Text, Research Materials, etc.). Important: One of your uploaded files must be the Article Text (the main manuscript body). You cannot complete your submission without this. If you wish to upload additional files, click Add File.

Step 3 – Entering Contributor Details
Enter the metadata for all authors, including designating the corresponding author. To add additional authors, click Add Contributor and enter the required details. You may add as many authors as necessary, but only one author can be the primary contact.

Step 4 – Comments for the Editors (Optional)
This section is optional. If you have important information or notes relevant to your manuscript that the editor should know, enter it here, then click Continue.

Step 5 – Review Submission
At this stage, authors must carefully review all details and documents provided in the previous steps. Once everything has been confirmed as accurate, click Finish.

Step 6 – Confirming the Submission
After clicking “Finish Submission,” the author will be asked to confirm the submission. This confirmation is final and cannot be reversed. Once confirmed, the corresponding author (or designated primary contact) will receive an acknowledgment email and can track the progress of the submission through the editorial process by logging in to the journal’s website.

Authors are able to track their submission status at any time by logging in to the online submission interface under “Active submission”. The submission tracking includes the status of the manuscript review and editorial process.
